FRANKLIN, Va. - The Franklin Police Department is looking for a missing 17-year-old and seeks the public's assistance in locating her.
Brisa Cortes-Balenica was last seen Tuesday night around 8:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Homestead Road.
Brisa is described as being 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.
