GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. - Gloucester County Sheriff's office arrested a man involved in animal abuse on Monday.
19-year-old Rayon McCloud was arrested on a felony charge of carnal knowledge of an animal and a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty, according to police.
Police say McCloud was arrested following an investigation focusing on bestiality abuse upon a dog.
McCloud was released from Gloucester County Jail on a $1,500 bond.
