ARLINGTON, Va. — Say cheese!
Gerber has announced the 10th year of its annual Photo Search, giving parents and caregivers across the country the chance to see their mini-me become the brand's national "Spokesbaby."
From February 5-21, parents or legal guardians of children from birth to 48 months old are encouraged to submit their child's photo and story on Gerber's online submission portal for the chance to have their child serve as the Gerber ambassador for the year.
The Photo Search was inspired by numerous photos sent by parents who saw their little one in the brand's iconic baby logo. The contest celebrates babies from all backgrounds and the promise to do "Anything for Baby."
Last year, a North Carolina baby, Kairi Yang of Hickory, was named the 2019 Gerber Spokesbaby.
“As we celebrate our 10th anniversary of Photo Search, we’re extremely proud to look back on all of the babies that we’ve celebrated and to continue Gerber’s long-standing heritage of recognizing that every baby is a Gerber baby,” said Gerber President and CEO Bill Partyka. “We always strive to make each year of Photo Search bigger and better than the last, and we encourage families all over the country to submit their little ones for a chance to be a part of this special year with us.”
This year, Gerber has updated its Photo Search entry process to allow participants to include photos and videos of their child and to share stories about their families.
