HAMPTON, Va. - Hampton Police are investigating a shooting after a man was shot at a convenience store Monday afternoon.
Aeound 12:42 p.m., officials received a call regarding a shooting in the 1500 block of Briarfield Road.
A 20-year-old man was taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the investigation, the man was in the parking lot of a convenience store when an altercation happened and shots were fired.
Police are still investigating and at this time there are no suspects.
