HAMPTON, Va. - The Hampton Police Division is investigating an armed robbery that took place at a 7-Eleven early Saturday morning.
According to police, the call for the robbery came in at 1:25 a.m. When officers arrived at the store, located in the 2100 block of Executive Drive, they learned a suspect entered the business, demanded money and ran from the scene.
Police described the suspect as a light-skinned black male standing 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He was wearing a dark gray hoodie, a red bandana on his face and dark pants. No photos of the suspect are available at this time.
