HAMPTON, Va. - Hampton Police responded to a two-vehicle fatal crash Tuesday morning.
Police say the crash occurred at the intersection of Magruder Boulevard and Semple Farm Road around 9:20 a.m.
When officers arrived on scene, they found two four-door sedans that collided in the intersection. The drivers from each vehicle were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
One of the drivers, 18-year-old Davey Budden Jr. of York County, died in the hospital from crash, police say.
The other driver, 64-year-old Stanley Huddleson of York County, was initially reported to be in stable condition. Police say he died from his injuries on February 16.
Budden and Huddleson were the only people in the vehicles.
The southbound lanes of Marguder Boulevard were closed for several hours due to crash.
The Hampton Police Division's Accident Reconstruction Team is continuing to investigate this incident.
