MacArthur Center's Regal Cinema set to close before end of month: City official

NORFOLK, Va. — MacArthur Center's Regal Cinema is set to close on Jan. 29, a city official told News 3.

The city official says the movie theater's employees were told last week that Jan. 29 will be the last day of operation. The city official also mentioned that the city still plans to redevelop the mall.
