CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Police are investigating after a juvenile was shot on Tuesday.
Around 11:45 p.m., police were called to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center for a report of a 17-year-old juvenile who had been shot.
Police said they learn that the juvenile was outside in the 1200 block of Cedar Mill Square when he was approached by two unknown white males. It was reported that the suspects assaulted the juvenile and shot him. The victim suffered a non-life threatening gun shot wound, according to police.
The incident is currently under investigation and there is no further information at this time.
