NORFOLK, Va. - A juvenile male was injured in a Friday afternoon shooting in Norfolk, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Police said the call came in around 1 p.m. for the shooting. When officers arrived to the 2300 block of Birch Street, they made contact with the victim.
The juvenile was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There is currently no suspect information, and police are still investigating.
