News 3 is highlighting some very special organizations across Hampton Roads who benefit from the 2020 Priority Toyota Charity Bowl.
Norfolk CASA volunteers advocate for abused and neglected children in the city of Norfolk. They are the child's voice in court, and a support for them during this most confusing and traumatic time. As the ‘eyes and ears of the judge,’ they investigate and report findings to the court at each hearing.
