NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Virginia State Police was called investigate a single vehicle motorcycle crash that had resulted in a fatality on Sunday.
Officials said the crash happened around 11:15 p.m., in the westbound lanes of I-64, east of the Atkinson overpass at the 252mm.
The driver of a 2020 Harley Davidson, Brian Adam Moore, lost control of the motorcycle, ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail. The impact of the collision caused the fatality, police said.
