NORFOLK, Va. - A 40-year-old man was shot and killed in Norfolk Friday night, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
According to police, dispatchers received a call at 11:15 p.m. for a gunshot disturbance in the 3100 block of Dunkirk Avenue. When police arrived, they found Tione T. Harris suffering from gunshot wounds.
Harris died at the scene.
