NORFOLK, Va. - A man was killed in a serious motorcycle crash in Norfolk late Thursday night.
According to the Norfolk Police Department, the crash happened in the 6200 block of Granby Street at around 11:30 p.m. The motorcyclist, identified as Norfolk man Zachare M. Ouellette, crossed over a median and struck a bus traveling south on Granby Street.
Officers say Ouellette was declared dead at the scene.
The southbound traffic lanes on Granby Street were closed while police investigated the crash.
