SUFFOLK, Va. - Suffolk Police are investigating an undetermined death after a man was found dead in a motel Sunday.
Officials received a call at 4:33 p.m., for a report that a man, 58-year-old James Lee Golden, was found dead in the 2300 block of Pruden Boulevard at the Regal Inn Motel.
Steward was arrested in Chesapeake on July 28 and is currently being held without bond in Chesapeake City Jail.
41-year-old Dominique Vontral Steward was charged with first-degree murder and the use of a firearm while committing a murder.
