NORFOLK, Va. - Police are investigating after a man was shot to death Thursday.
Officials say that the shooting took place in the 3100 block of Azalea Garden Road.
A man was found dead at the scene when police arrived. The call came in around 12 p.m.
On Friday he was identified as 22-year-old Devonte Lawrence.
