PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Portsmouth Police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured Monday evening.
Police responded to a gunshot wound incident near the intersection of Randolph Street and Elm Ave.
A man sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to a hospital for treatment, police say.
