PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth Police are investigating a crash that left one man injured.
Police say the single-vehicle crash took place near the 600 block of Elmhurst Lane Wednesday afternoon.
One man has non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the area is being blocked off and say to find alternative routes of travel while they clear the area.
