NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department is on the scene of a shooting in the 400 block of St. Paul's Boulevard.
According to police, the call came in around 1:40 a.m. for the shooting. When officers arrived at the Shell gas station on St. Paul's Boulevard, they found a man, identified as 26-year-old Jarell D. Hairston, dead at the scene.
No suspect information has been released.
