Man robbed Norfolk 7-Eleven at gunpoint, detectives say; search for suspect ongoing

NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk detectives say a man robbed a local 7-Eleven earlier this week, and they're asking for your help finding him.

On Monday, December 7 around 1:30 a.m., police responded to the store located in the 3235 Chesapeake Boulevard for a report of a man, armed with a gun, who had come into the store and demanded money.

The employee complied with the suspect's demands, and the man fled the store.

No one was injured during this incident.

Police did not give a description of the suspect, but they did provide a surveillance photo of the crime.
