PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Portsmouth Police Department is investigating a gunshot wound incident that happened near the 3500 block of Towne Point Rd.
According to authorities a man is suffering from non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
