VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A man is suffering from injuries after being shot on Monday night.
Police say around 10:54 p.m., officials received several calls about a firearm violation in the 300 Block of Elderwood Court.
When officers arrived at the location, they say that there had been a shooting that took place from outside that ended up hitting the home.
In result, reports confirmed that one male was shot in the back and has been transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
This is still an active investigation and more details will be released as they become available.
