NORFOLK, Va. - Police responded to a shooting scene Tuesday afternoon in Norfolk.
The incident happened in the 800 block of Wide Street around 11 a.m.
When police arrived, they found 23-year-old Tracy E. Bellamy Jr. suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased, officials say.
