HAMPTON, Va. - Hampton Police need your help to find the person who shot a man while he was walking in the 700 block of G Street over the weekend.
Around 2:10 p.m. Sunday, dispatchers received a call about a gunshot victim who had walked into a local hospital. When officers arrived at the hospital, they met with a 21-year-old man who was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the man was walking in the 700 block of G Street when he was shot by an unknown person.
The motive and circumstances surrounding this incident remain under investigation. There is no suspect information at this time.
