PORTSMOUTH, Va. - All lanes of the Midtown Tunnel reopened at about 6:30 a.m. Sunday after a fatal crash left both sides closed for hours.
Portsmouth Police said they were called to the scene of the crash at about 2:22 a.m.
Only one fatality was reported. There is currently no further information about the crash's cause or any other reported injuries.
