VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Naval Criminal Investigative Service arrested and charged a person for directing strobe lights at an aircraft.
NCIS along with the Virginia Beach Police Department issued an arrest warrant to someone after the person allegedly directed strobe lights at a Navy aircraft.
The arrest took place in the 4400 block of Blackwater Road around 3:56 p.m., according to police.
NCIS says they are still in an ongoing investigation.
