Newport News Police locate missing endangered woman

NEWPORT NEWS, Va.- Newport News Police have located missing 21-year-old DeJa Moore-Curry.

Police say Moore-Curry was found safely Saturday evening.

Moore-Curry is an endangered adult who was last seen around 5 p.m. on Saturday in the 400 block of Lee's Mill Drive.

Moore-Curry suffers from a medical condition that requires medicine, according to police.

Moore-Curry is described as a black female with a light complexion. She’s about 5-foot-2 and weighs about 125 pounds. She has brown eyes, red hair in braids and wears red-framed glasses. Her left arm is in a blue cast.

Police asks anyone who sees Moore-Curry to please call the Newport News Emergency Communications at 757-247-2500.
