NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department is searching for a missing man last seen on November 7.
Bryant Osborne, 47, is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 180 pounds. He is known to frequent the area surrounding Gosnold Avenue.
According to police, Osborne also suffers from mental health issues.
Police encourage anyone with information on Osborne's whereabouts to call 911.
