NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department was investigating a barricade situation that happened in the 200 block of W 25th Street Monday night.
After a brief standoff, the suspect, 33-year-old Jasbert McBride was taken into custody. No injuries were reported.
McBride has been charged with two counts of attempted malicious wounding, two counts of use of a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by felon.
McBride is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
