NORFOLK, Va. - Police are investigating a double shooting that happened Monday night.
The incident happened in the 4600 block of Kincaid Avenue around 8:30 p.m.
Police said when they got to the scene two men were found with gunshot wounds. They were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
