NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place Sunday evening.
Officials received a call for a report of the shooting at 6:55 p.m.
Police say the shooting took place in the 1400 block of Norcova Avenue. A man was pronounced dead at the scene and was later identified as 43-year-old Travis Davis.
Police say a person of interest was detained but no charges have been filed as of September 13.
