NORFOLK, V.A. -Norfolk Police is currently investigating a shooting turned homicide after a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities received a call around 4:45 a.m. with reports of a shooting in the 1300 block of Modoc Avenue.
Upon arrival police found Rodney A. Cross, 55, of Norfolk, suffering from gunshot wounds.
The investigation is ongoing.
