NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead behind a building early Friday morning.
According to police, officers responded to the 7500 block of Tidewater Drive at around 2:40 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive man. When officers arrived, they found 34-year-old Raymond A. Swift suffering from a gunshot wound.
Swift was pronouned dead at the scene.
