NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was shot and killed in the 2800 block of Earlscourt Avenue Sunday morning.
According to police, the call for the incident came in around 6 a.m.
When officers arrived on scene, they found 29-year-old Derrick T. Horton suffering from a gunshot wound.
There is no suspect information or motive available at this time.
