NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 29-year-old Diana Epperson, who was last seen getting on a bus on Wood Street.
Epperson is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes.
According to police, Epperson suffers from emotional disorders and may be in need of medication.
