NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police have located a missing 9-year-old boy.
Detectives say 9-year-old Jacob Newman was last seen around 11:30 a.m., on Sunday.
Norfolk detectives said Newman was found safe in a tweet around 7:30 p.m.
