NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police unveiled their first mascot Friday.
Chief Larry D. Boone had the honor of swearing in Norfolk Police Department's first mascot, Justice.
Norfolk Police asked the public in February to choose a name. Out of Barx, Justice, and Bruno, the name Justice was top pick.
Norfolk Police also promoted four Sergeants and two Corporals Friday.
