NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police are investigating a shooting that left a woman injured.
On February 15, around 12:20 p.m. police responded to the 200 block of Boush Street for the report of a gunshot victim. Police say she was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
During the investigation, it was determined the shooting had actually occurred in the 6200 block of Geneva Way.
24-year-old Darrel G. Daniel, of Norfolk, was taken into custody and charged with malicious wounding. Daniel is being held without bond in the Norfolk City Jail.
