Norfolk shooting lands 14-year-old boy in hospital; police investigating

NORFOLK, Va. - A teenage boy is in the hospital after being shot Saturday night.

Norfolk Police say the shooting happened in the 800 block of Ballentine Boulevard just before 10 p.m.

The victim, who is 14 years old, was taken to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters for treatment. His injuries are said to be non-life-threatening.
