North Carolina reaches record high with 6,495 new COVID-19 cases along with 56 additional deaths

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving COVID-19 cases within the state.

As of Wednesday, there are now 383,408 PCR positive cases and 27,119 antigen positive cases, 2,440 people hospitalized and 5,661 COVID-19 related deaths.

That is 6,495 new total cases and 56 additional deaths from Tuesday.

A total of 5,678,794 total COVID-19 tests have been completed in North Carolina.
