The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving coronavirus cases within the state.
As of Thursday, there are now 57,183 cases, 891 people hospitalized and 1,284 coronavirus related deaths.
That is 1,009 new cases and 13 additional deaths from Wednesday.
A total of 811,278 people in North Carolina have now been tested.
