The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving coronavirus cases within the state.
As of Thursday, there are now 93,426 cases, 1,134 people hospitalized and 1,588 coronavirus related deaths.
That is 2,160 new cases and 20 additional deaths from Wednesday.
A total of 1,312,757 coronavirus tests have been completed in North Carolina.
