The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving coronavirus cases within the state.
As of Sunday, there are now 23,222 cases, 587 people hospitalized and 744 coronavirus related deaths.
That is 497 new cases and 7 additional deaths from Saturday.
A total of 336,656 people in North Carolina have now been tested.
99 counties in North Carolina report having coronavirus cases.
