The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services released their daily update involving coronavirus cases within the state.
As of Wednesday, there are now 30,777 cases, 684 people hospitalized and 939 coronavirus related deaths.
That is 888 new cases and 18 additional deaths from Tuesday.
The reported number of people currently being hospitalized for the virus dropped by 32.
A total of 449,263 people in North Carolina have now been tested.
