NORFOLK, Va. - Police investigate a single vehicle crash that left one man dead in the 8600 block of Chesapeake Blvd. The report of a crash came in around 12:15 a.m.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
All traffic lanes in the 8600 block of Chesapeake Blvd. are now open.
