VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department responded to a crash involving a pedestrian Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the crash occurred on Atlantic Avenue at Bay Colony Drive. The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
North and southbound traffic on Atlantic Avenue from 46th to 48th Street is being redirected.
