Person injured in Norfolk shooting, police investigate

NORFOLK, Va. - Police responded to a report of a shooting that happened in the 700 block of W. 38th Street at around 11:20 p.m Sunday.

According to the report, when officers arrived, they found a man who had sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.

The investigation is ongoing, and no other information is available at this time.
