CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Chesapeake Police are investigating a shooting in the 2500 block of Gum Tree Court that sent one person to the hospital.
After police received a call about an injured person in the area around 4:39 p.m., a witness learned that a male victim had been shot.
When officers arrived on scene, they determined there was another male victim at the location who had an injury that may also be a gunshot wound.
One of the victims was taken to a local hospital.
This investigation is in the early stages.
