HAMPTON, Va. - Officers are investigating a hit and run incident that happened early Friday morning.
Officials said the two vehicle hit and run crash happened in the 1400 block of North Armistead Avenue around 12:30 a.m.
One person suffered life threatening injuries, according to police.
