Planet Fitness is now offering free online classes following President Trump's order to avoid gatherings of ten people or more.
Planet Fitness is taking the necessary precautions and measures during the coronavirus pandemic by offering a daily online work-out for both members and non-members.
The class will be held on Facebook live daily at 7 p.m. eastern time.
If you miss a class, Planet Fitness says not to worry because they will offer the ability to go back and watch!
Workouts will be 20 minutes or less and will be led by the company's trainers and surprise celebrity guests, according to Planet Fitness.
No equipment is needed for the at home workouts.
