PORTSMOUTH, Va. - At 1:47 a.m. officers responded to a fatal two-vehicle crash at the intersection of George Washington and Effingham.
There were two victims in the crash and both were adult males, according to police.
The crashed caused the intersection to close from the time of the crash until approximately 7 a.m.
This investigation is still ongoing.
